About us

One family, since 2019

O-Cha Thai is a family owned small business. It began in 2019 with a tent at the Fort Wayne farmers markets, and in 2023 it opened a kitchen of its own at Electric Works. The market stall is still there every Saturday morning.

Everything comes from family recipes. Every egg roll is rolled by hand, every vegetable is cut by hand, and the tea and coffee are brewed fresh each morning — all of it made from scratch, every single day.

If you have ever picked up a bag of egg rolls or a fresh Thai Tea at the market on a Saturday morning, you already know us, and you are part of why this kitchen is still here. O-Cha Thai belongs to this local community. Thank you for keeping it going.
