Cutting vegetables and meats, getting everything ready before service. The work that makes from-scratch food possible.
Line cook
Cooking orders on the line through lunch and dinner. Wok experience welcome, but we will teach the right person.
Kitchen assistant
Cleaning equipment and the stall, dishes, and opening and closing. The role that keeps the rest of it running.
